Tamarind by Allan Scott from the 2007 Whitefriars Collection. Having a most lifelike representation of two flowers and leaves of the tamarind tree this forward facing paperweight has one large front facet surrounded by six punties and another six between them towards the rear. The back of the weight has a well cut 24 pointed star fitting intothe space between the punties. This weight is no. 5 of a limited edition of only 25. Diameter 33/8", height 31/8".

From the 2004 collection, Oleander shows two open flowers with well defined petals and three buds over typically coloured leaves. The frontal viewing facet displays the lampwork well and the curved side of the weight has five cut grooves which increase in size towards the rear. This is number 23 of a limited edition of 100. Sand Dunes contains an arrangement of two stylised flowers and grasses set in front of the sea and dunes which have been delicately etched on the reverse of the weight. The 2" diameter front punty is surmounted by 1¼" punties to the top and shoulders with multiple star-cut petals radiating from the basal flat. This is number 13 of a limited edition of 100.
